On Thursday, I visited the Albuquerque Botanic Gardens with two friends, Bonnee and Shirley. It was a beautiful, sunny, clear day, and there were few people to contend with at 9:00 am. We spent all of three hours taking our time and attempting to see all of the plants and exhibits.
Many of the early spring blooming plants were still in flower (bulbs, wisteria, etc.), and some were already past their prime. Others, like the roses, were just starting to bud. Even though there were still many opportunities to take photos and lots of plants to enjoy.
